“I live in Northern Virginia with my husband and 2 little ones …7 and 9 years old. My goal, like most moms, is to achieve work-life balance. I strive to be a badass business owner and to be with my kids for at least 2 meals a day. My husband, kids and new suburban life are teaching me to slow down and be present and respect the importance of that as part of my own blueprint for wellness.”
